4 Deposits and Payment Methods

jaya99 accepts deposits via the mobile banking methods commonly used in Bangladesh. The currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).
Deposits must be sent only from a mobile account registered in your own name.
Deposits made through a third party are not permitted and such transactions may be cancelled.
You must provide the correct payment reference or transaction ID at the time of deposit.

4.2 Source of Funds

5 Withdrawals

The following terms apply to withdrawing winnings from jaya99:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Withdrawals will be sent only to the mobile number that was used at the time of deposit.
Requested withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
If account verification is not complete at the time of withdrawal, processing may be delayed.

5.1 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

Withdrawal requests may be rejected in the following circumstances: evidence of a breach of Terms, bonus wagering requirements not met, or inconsistencies found during account verification. In such cases, you may contact the support team.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at jaya99 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw the bonus, wagering requirements must be met — the bonus amount must be wagered a total of 25 times before withdrawal.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be completed.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer may have its own terms, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
Bonus abuse, such as attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk betting strategies, will be considered a breach of these Terms.
Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or the same IP address is not permitted.

6.3 VIP Program

The jaya99 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.4% for Silver, 0.6% for Gold, and 0.8% for Platinum on weekly net losses. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your regular activity and participation on the platform.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

jaya99 is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods to play games or place bets.
Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform for gain.
Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
Accessing another user's account or using hacking tools.
